Force Traveller Electric – Auto Expo 2020 Live

Force Motors has unveiled the Traveller Electric people mover at the Auto Expo 2020. The Traveller Electric is based on T1N monocoque platform that is also compatible with ICE and CNG variants.

The Traveller Electric produces a maximum power of 120 kW and gets disc brakes all around. For the suspension setup, semi-elliptical leaf springs are fitted to both front and rear. The electric van can seat 13 passengers apart for the driver and space for 6 passengers to stand.  

The Traveller Electric comes with crash and rollover compliance with airbags for driver and co-driver, making it the first vehicle in its segment to offer these features. Force Motors will also be offering features such as tilt and telescopic steering, LED DRLS, remote keyless entry, engine start/stop button, USB mirroring for Android and iPhone, plastic fuel tank and reverse camera with park assist with the Traveller Electric.

Force Traveller Electric will also be equipped with ABS & EBD, is expected to be launched in 2021 and will be entering production in late 2020. Over Rs 1,000 crore has been invested in developing the platform and the company is also planning to export the model to markets including ASEAN, Middle East, Africa and South America.
