Greaves Cotton-owned Ampere Electric, which makes electric two-wheelers in India, today announced an updated product lineup consisting of the Ampere Reo, Magnus, Zeal and V48 electric scooters. Here’s a look at the updated lineup of electric scooter models from the Coimbatore-based company.
2020 Ampere Reo
The new Ampere Reo electric scooter is available in two variants: Reo Plus and Reo Elite. The Reo Plus gets USB mobile charging port and Ignition start button as new features (when specified with a Li-ion battery) whereas the Reo Elite will now have improved load-carrying capacity and better range. The scooters are offered with lead acid or lithium-ion battery packs. Both scooters get a LED headlight.
The Ampere Reo Plus is priced at INR 42,490 (Lead Acid) and Reo Elite at INR 42,999 (Lead Acid), ex-Showroom, Bengaluru.
